contractual obligations equivalent to those set out in this Policy. Categories
of processors include hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, security and
DDoS protection services, and analytics platforms.
6.2 No Sale of Personal Data
jjqin does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise commercially transfer personal
data to any third party. This prohibition applies without exception.
6.3 Legal Disclosure
jjqin may disclose personal data where required to do so by applicable law,
court order or lawful request by a competent regulatory or law-enforcement
authority. In such cases, jjqin will disclose only the minimum data required
to satisfy the legal obligation and will, where permitted by law, notify
affected users.
6.4 Business Transfers
In the event that jjqin undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring or
sale of some or all of its assets, personal data held by jjqin may be

07 — Data Retention
jjqin retains personal data for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes
for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal obligations. The
following general principles govern our retention practices:

duration of your active account relationship with jjqin plus a reasonable period
thereafter to address any outstanding enquiries, disputes or legal claims;
