01 — Introduction

Welcome to jjqin, an English-language online gaming information platform operated for the benefit of users located primarily in Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and jjqin ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://jjqin.cam and all associated content, services and features (collectively, the "Platform").

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering on the Platform or otherwise interacting with jjqin. You are responsible for keeping any such information up to date. jjqin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

4.4 Mobile and Device Access

The Platform is accessible via desktop and mobile devices across Pakistan, including on common mobile networks. jjqin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and accepts no liability for service disruptions beyond its reasonable control, including network outages, ISP restrictions or regulatory blocking.

05 — Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjqin Platform:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform while under the minimum age requirement;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or any other interaction with the Platform;
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technology to extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent;
• Attempting to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security feature, access control or technical protection measure on the Platform;
• Uploading, transmitting or distributing any virus, malware, spyware or other harmful code through the Platform;
• Using the Platform to engage in or facilitate any activity that is unlawful under applicable law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977;
• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying or creating derivative works from any Platform Content without our express written permission;
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Engaging in any conduct that could damage jjqin's reputation, disrupt other users' access to the Platform or constitute harassment of Platform staff or other users.

jjqin reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action including account suspension, permanent termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

06 — Financial Terms

6.1 Information Purpose Only

All financial figures, currency amounts (including amounts denominated in PKR), deposit thresholds, withdrawal timelines and payment method references published on the jjqin Platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute an offer, guarantee or contractual commitment by jjqin.

6.2 Payment Method References

References to Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual references familiar to Pakistani users. jjqin does not represent that any of these services support, endorse or facilitate gambling transactions. 09 — Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Gambling Liability

10 — Privacy & Data

13 — Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jjqin does not make any specific representation regarding the governing jurisdiction, given the international nature of its user base and the complex legal landscape in Pakistan with respect to online gambling.

Users located in Pakistan are advised that Pakistani courts and regulatory authorities may assert jurisdiction over activities conducted by Pakistani residents, regardless of where the Platform is hosted.
